This was so wonderfully easy to put together! I love the reclaimed wood look. It looks so solid, but it’s very light. I mismeasured and it was about a quarter of an inch too short for me to slip my laundry baskets underneath. I just put a couple extra felt pads underneath and that brought it up high enough. To keep the genuine rustic look of this product we use reclaimed wood and we're always sure to make sure the surfaces are sanded smooth and splinter free as possible. Please keep in mind that no two pieces will look the exact same and the wood will vary in texture and density. This is the result of natural wood weathering. Also, please keep in mind that old nail holes, knot holes, and cracks are a part of what adds the character to these one-of-a-kind pieces and can be expected.
