I like the design of this piece, but a couple small things kept me from giving it five stars. The finish to me is more orange brown than it looks online. First off this is a gorgeous piece and solid wood all the way through the color is a beautiful warm brown. Do pay attention when assembling because I had to undo the side shelves to flip them around again. Some of the pieces are extremely similar. The bottom piece already comes complete so the shelf essentially sits on top of it and I love that it has little feet to prevent it from scratching the floor. I have put several pieces of furniture together before so it's not new to me on how to follow the instructions. In fact the instructions are pretty clear it's just that you have to assemble this unit from scratch. Every piece has to be assembled. The problem is the pegs seem to be too short for the job.
