I like the design of this piece, but a couple small things kept me from giving it five stars. The finish to me is more orange brown than it looks online. The legs came chipped. As we were assembling the table, we noticed that the legs came chipped at the bottom . It seems to be a manufacturing defect rather than something that happened during shipping. Edit I reached out to the company and after a negotiation, I was refunded 50 of the price. I am trying to simplify so I didn't want anything with drawers or shelves that would just become a dumping spot. My biggest concern is I couldn't tell from the photos if there was yellow/orange tones in it - so if you are in that same boat... no - its not orange - more of a medium brown stain. First off this is a gorgeous piece and solid wood all the way through the color is a beautiful warm brown. Do pay attention when assembling because I had to undo the side shelves to flip them around again. Some of the pieces are extremely similar. The bottom piece already comes complete so the shelf essentially sits on top of it and I love that it has little feet to prevent it from scratching the floor. Beautiful and looks more expensive than it is I absolutely love this console table. The light wood color is beautiful and the curved shape and fluted detail give it such a nice, elevated look.
