Assembly was mostly straightforward, but be mindful of the part labeling in the instructions. Near the end of the build, I realized two piece numbers on opposite ends had been swapped in the manual. I had to unscrew several steps to adjust them, but once fixed, everything aligned smoothly. My only real drawback is the sheer number of wood-grain stickers provided to cover the screw anchors—if you look closely, they take away a bit from the overall clean finish. This was packaged very well and all pieces were clearly labeled and accounted for. There were no pieces missing and all of the wood was in perfect condition with no scratches or dents. The instructions were clear and everything neatly labelled and very easy to understand, so putting it together by myself was extremely straightforward and easy. It took under an hour to do by myself. The doors work smoothly for opening and closing. It does not fit a typical 12x12 vinyl record in the normal spine-out way, in case you wanted to use it that way. It would work fine for that without the doors attached. Otherwise, it works fine for records as seen in the photo. I’m really happy with this cabinet. It ended up being one of the easiest pieces of furniture I’ve ever assembled — everything lined up perfectly, and the whole process was surprisingly quick. I bought it for my mom, and it fits her TV perfectly, which was the main goal. I was a little unsure about the plastic design element at first because I worried it might look cheap, but in person it’s much nicer than I expected.
