Pros: 1) The chair looks exactly like the picture. This is the first time an online purchase I've made looks EXACTLY like the pictures provided. Usually, there are slight differences... the color might look different, etc. 2) The material is very soft and the color is beautiful! 3) It was easy to assemble (with exception to 1 caveat, see below) The cons: 1) Poorly aligned pre-drilled holes, combined with poorly molded hardware (screws) make what is a simple assembly, incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. 2) Thankfully, the assembly was self explanatory because the instructions provided were useless. 3) The back doesn't adjust the way described. Overall, the chair isn't nearly as comfortable as I'd hoped. However, it's good enough that I will keep it versus having to disassemble and return it. I understand at this price point, you're not getting a high end desk chair. However, I was still disappointed by the quality of materials and quality of the pre-fabrication. I wanted a wide seated chair with a firm cushion as I spend a lot of time in it, I did want some sort of back support as I like to sit up straight. I understand what people are saying when they say there is 'no support'. I have to sit all the way back (I'm 5'4") to receive the back support. I bought a footrest and it seems to be helping with how close I have to sit to the desk to work (also changed out the wheels). This is a spacious chair! If you need the room, this is a great choice. Great chair. Comfortable. I don’t like the wheels, but they were easily replaced. My biggest issue is that this chair claims to be leather as a fabric texture… but it’s a soft sueded fabric. This is an attractive, comfortable and very versatile office chair. It's height is adjustable. The back's angle of incline can be changed and locked in place to suit users' needs. The footrest slides out for use or flips and slides back under for storage when not needed. It wheels from place to place easily. I'd like it even more if the armrests could be folded down when not needed, but overall all that's minor. I love this chair! The sale price was fantastic too. The chair was not difficult to assemble; it just took time and attention to detail and the written directions and their diagrams. One thing customers need to know however...parts J and Q are NOT in a hardware bag or package, and they are NOT missing. They are bolts screwed into the bottom of the chair's seat and the bottom of the foot rest. They're housed there near where they'll be used during assembling. These bolts need to be taken out of their "hiding in plain sight" places to use. A note about where to find them should be added to the assembling directions.
