Discontinued Wool Rugs Safavieh

This Oriental rug features a striking border and allover floral motifs that draw from traditional designs. It's handmade from wool using a hooking technique, and it comes in distressed gray and crisp orange and beige tones for a classic look that we love. A thick 0.5" pile height adds a cushioning effect to floors in low-traffic areas like your home office, bedroom, or den. We recommend pairing it with a rug pad (sold separately) to keep it from shifting and sliding about.

We love this rug! Love the smell of it too (new rug smell). It looks good with our floor and peach wall color. GET ONE!. Monika. Salt Lake City, UT. Fri Oct 09 2026

I received this rug on time as promised. I like it a lot. It has nice colors, doesn't smell, and I think that it won't shed either. It was a good purchase.. Irina. Saint Johns, FL. Sat Jul 11 2026

This tufted area rug elevates your floors with a design inspired by classic Persian patterns and traditional style. It's handmade in India from wool, so it's sure to stand up to daily use, while also being ideal for rooms with floor heating. We love how the geometric shapes in hues of blue, ivory, and red have enough fading for a lived-in look. Plus, the thick 0.5" pile is ideal for low-traffic rooms like the bedroom or nursery. To care for it, spot clean with a dry cloth or take it to your dry cleaning pros. And to keep it in place, we recommend adding a rug pad underneath.

This area rug is gorgeous! So soft and thick. The colors are bright and cheerful- much nicer than is shown in the manufacturer's photos. A warm and excellent welcoming rug for guests first entering our home. The feel under foot is luxurious. 5 stars for sure!. Deborah. Fort Pierce, FL. Thu Jul 23 2026

The elegant designs and rich colors of these rugs are inspired by 19th-century antique Persian rugs. A special herbal wash gives these rugs their luster and an aged patina.

This is a beautiful rug true to color image on site. I would order it again and recommend it to others.. Dana. KY. Thu Feb 20 2025

The rug provides beautiful accents and really frames the living room nicely. The warm neutral brown colors really make my wooden trim and floating shelves pop! The quality is very nice and comfortable on the feet. I got the 8 x 10 size and it works perfectly for my living room. I would highly recommend this product and would buy it again for another room.. Hand-tufted. Made in India.

So pretty so happy with it! As others have said, colors are slightly less vibrant and less camel than pictured. But super pretty and very thick feels high quality.. Olivia. New York, NY. Sat Oct 10 2026

This Oriental rug features an intricate border along with eye-catching floral motifs inspired by classic Persian rug designs. It comes in rich, contrasting taupe and teal blue tones to complete this traditional look for your space. Handmade from wool, this indoor rug has a 0.63" pile height that's great for low-traffic areas like your bedroom or home office. Absolutely gorgeous! It’s perfect and reasonably priced. I bought the 6 x 9 and I like it so much I am going to buy the 3x4 if they have that size. Louise. Livonia, MI. Fri Sep 18 2026

The rug looks even better in person! I really love it! My only problem was that the rug was very late. I don’t blame the driver because she had 161 deliveries that day.. Joyce Martin. St Augustine, FL. Sat Jul 25 2026

The rug is beautiful. The color is every thing I had hoped for, lots of color in a soft muted way. Shipping was extremely fast.. Cynthia. Newburgh, NY. Sun Apr 19 2026

Inspired by 19th Century Agra designs, the Vera Collection is made with a special hand-spun heathered yarn, giving its pile an aged character. These rugs are woven tightly, using small knots. The result is a thick and plush pile that has a natural look and is extremely durable.

Beautiful rug and incredible quality, however, I was disappointed it was not as described online. In the description it lists the colors as "navy, brown and green". So I expected the border to be a dark navy as it looks in the picture but it is actually burgundy!. Chad. Ankeny, IA. Tue Sep 17 2024

Don't let your floors go bare! This eye-catching area rug is the perfect lending timeless charm to your ensemble. It is hand-tufted of 100% pure wool and features a strong cotton backing. For a look that's both bold and versatile, it is printed with a traditional scrolling floral motif in hues of brown and blue. Try rolling it out by the front door to greet guests in graceful style, then complement it with a clean-lined console table topped with an heirloom vase and suspend a wrought iron chandelier overhead to make your entryway space glow. Or, let it anchor your dining room seating set for a pair sure to impress at your next dinner party or festive family feast. Need a worthy decor compliment? To draw on its traditional look, try hanging up a few of your favorite classic art prints, adding ornately carved sculptures, or using simple furniture to let this anchor shine.

The colors are more subdued then they appear on the website. But the rug looks good in my kitchen eating area.. Sandra. San Clemente, CA. Wed Jun 17 2026

Girl it looks so good. Very traditional and perfect for our room. Brandon. Thu May 07 2026

This rug is gorgeous, and exactly like the picture. It does shed a LOT of fibers (my robo-vacuum got clogged with it, lol) and I’m hoping it eventually stops, but otherwise I’m very happy with it!. Dacia. Minden, NV. Tue Oct 13 2026

pretty and soft. Sara. Colonial Heights, VA. Sat Sep 26 2026

Warm up your floors in vintage style with this eye-catching area rug. Featuring an oriental rug-inspired pattern with multi-colored accents, this rug is sure to make a statement no matter where you roll it out. This rug has a low pile making it ideal in rooms with heavy foot traffic. For some extra cushion and to prevent any slipping, snag a coordinating rug pad to layer underneath.

Love this wool rug! We have others like this by Safavieh and they hold up well. We have many cats who like to barf on them. They’re so thick it doesn’t penetrate, making for east cleanup.. Thomas. Brenham, TX. Thu Apr 03 2025

Rug is beautiful. The colors are perfect and bring everything together in the room. It is plush and beautifully crafted. Love it !!. Victoria. Atlantic Beach, NY. Tue Oct 13 2026

Overall, I love the rug! For the price, it is great quality. My only negative is the color. I ordered the rug because it was labeled as red and navy. Our kitchen cabinets are barn red and we have an open kitchen and living area. It is not red, it is more of a rust color. Our sectional and coffee table cover most of the rust , so it is not a big deal for the price.. Sonya. Fulton, MS. Thu May 09 2024

This is such a beautiful rug. Be aware that the texture is loops rather than cut pile, so don't buy it if you have cats!. Barbara. Arlington, VA. Thu Nov 09 2023

I love this carpet. Its perfect for my dining room. High quality. Rosemary. Bethpage, NY. Fri May 29 2026

The Impressions collection features an extra thick New Zealand wool pile to create a modern design displaying a two-tone look and feel. This was done by using a raised pile and looped low pile to create this ultra modern hand loomed rug.
