This was the best experience I've ever had with delivery. The couch is beautiful...but the delivering folks were incredible. My delivery guys pulled up in the Wayfair truck, introduced themselves, then quickly got to work. While holding my couch pieces, they kicked their shoes off, each time, at the front entrance, so not to track in debris. I did not ask them to do this but I couldn't be more appreciative. The sectional arrived in 3 different boxes. They were easy to manage for a person 50. Set up was easy as well. The pillows seem a little small for the frame but the material is very soft on your skin.
