It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. Was surprised by the fact that it had to be put together. The feet on one of the chairs was a little challenging but we were able to make it work. Overall this was a nice set for occasional use. We are not using this in our everyday tv viewing area. It will likely see light daily use. I will update if there are any issues after we have a chance to "live" with it and get some use out of it..
