Couch is extremely well made…all fabric seams are straight and frame is solid. It is firm for seating but not unforgiving or uncomfortable..I feel it will hold up well. This sofa looks absolutely amazing in person and is well worth the value! I’m really happy with the overall look and feel. The only issue I ran into was during assembly. The platformbase that goes underneath the cushions doesn’t seem to sit exactly where it’s supposed to. I believe it will still be fine to sit on and use, but it’s definitely something worth noting. I also ordered the matching loveseat and had the exact same issue with that piece, so it doesn’t seem to be isolated to just the sofa. This is super heavy! I ordered it and took it in my car to sit on in my new place. It is very comfortable and I’ve even slept on this. For reference I’m 5’5 and about 140 lbs. it’s like an oversized dog bed. I love it except it is very short to the ground. The cushions do move when you get up. I like the color and how soft it is.
