I think these chairs are the best! Very good size even for larger people. They are well made and very sturdy. I am 63 and I assembled them myself in one day. Only a slight problem is that the woof under the seat needs to be slightly sanded to get rid if some rough spots. Other than that I would say they are perfect. The seat pan is big and has a sloped area where your rump and legs would sit. The back of the seat is about 16" wide and gradually increases to 20" at the front.
