This bar was perfect for the space in my basement speakeasy. Put together, this bar is heavy! No need to bolt it down as it can be leaned on, and can’t be pushed with moderate force. The teak wood on top adds sophistication and style. It is relatively easy to put together, but I would suggest a small Ryobi screw gun, (not a big one) to assist in all the screws that have to be used. I don’t love how the brass screws show, I think I will paint them. The instructions are picture only, I think it would be better to have some words with the pictures. I would not suggest leaving it out in the sun, or weather, keeping it covered and protected, should increase its longevity, although I am a little concerned about the plastic wicker on it. But overall for the price, I think it’s a great piece.. Melissa. Alva, FL. Mon Oct 19 2026
