Beyond the dining room, the versatile design doubles as a kitchen island, office desk, or casual meeting table.

Just what I was looking for! Really nice quality piece for the price and fits my space perfectly. Fairly straight forward assembly, a bit heavy so would be easier with two people. I used a drill which saved a lot of time. Took about 1 12 hours. There is a support piece that comes down from the top of the table a bit, so if you want stool that slide all the way under, opt for something 29 inches shorter (mine pictured are about 26 inches). Padded cushions wrapped in soft fabric top the seating to keep everyone comfortable during long dinner parties or quick snack hours. It's an easy way to refresh your dining routine while maximizing functionality. Plus, the smooth fabric surfaces make cleaning up after meals a breeze.

Took me about five hours to put this whole set together, not bad for a 70 year old woman. I made a mistake on the first chair, had to disassemble and redo. My fault even though the instructions were a little sketchy. The chairs were a little time consuming, the bench and table were a breeze. Included in this time was cleanup, cutting up the cardboard and using the plastic coverings as trash bags for the styrofoam and small pieces. The set is solid, good quality and has a bit of a rustic look which is exactly what I wanted. The whole set came in one box, I have to say this is the best packing job I've ever seen.. Susan.
