The chairs seem sturdy and well made. The fabric is a nice neutral color. I wish the back was more straight up and that there was a bit more padding but they are fairly comfortable. Very sturdy table but I felt deceived by the description. The table definitely looks plasticveneer and not real wood as described. Also scratched with just a finger nail running across it. We are keeping it because it is sturdy and we won’t have it forever. Planning to put additional sealant on to protect from scratching so easily. I love the table set! It’s a great blend of elegance and everyday use. Feels heavy and sturdy and you can’t tell there’s a veneer. Chairs have a nice cushion and are comfortable. The open backs of the chairs and ends of the table keep the piece from weighing down a room.
