The lamp arrived with broken and shattered crystals, but other than that, I give the lamp a 100/100. It's beautiful, super elegant, and adds a unique touch to any space. I put it in my kitchen, and it looked incredibly elegant. Regarding the broken pieces, I filed a complaint and they are resolving the problem. I love buying from Wayfair because they are very responsible with their products in case of any issues. I took a chance and had bought this when there were no reviews but then I was worried after reading recent reviews. I’m so glad we put this up. Installation seemed really easy but we used a professional who had done these before and it only took him an hour. We have the gold one and it replaced three gold and white pendants that were hanging vertically. The style and linear shape fit better with our kitchen. I am pleased to see veining on the alabaster shade. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 as you can see the tiny screws on the metal holding the shade if you look closely.
