Bought a bunch of these cabinets from this company, and the quality seems to be great. It's definitely not what I had expected. Just note - with this specific piece, the assembly guide was only instructions, nothing visual. It took 4 hours to assemble as there weren't any pre-drilled holes and you just had to figure it out (which I did by watching YouTube videos of other people assembling a similar type of piece). So I'm going to give this 5 stars because I bought this with a bunch of other cabinet bases for my kitchen. The quality is great, but the instructions for them is not the best. The holes are not predrilled, and the instructions are not clear either. On top of it, the lazy susan did not come shipped with this, so I had to call Wayfair and send pictures for them to send me the lazy susan so I can actually utilize this piece. We purchased an unfinished Haelynn solid wood 2-door corner cabinet. The cabinet arrived sooner than expected and was well-packaged, so there was no damage. This pine cabinet has soft-close hinges. The right door has a strip that eliminates a gap when the doors are closed (close the right door first). The top is made of strips of wood pieced together but looks good. To finish, we sanded with 180 grit sandpaper, then applied wood conditioner, golden oak Minwax stain, four coats of Minwax warm satin polyurethane with a brush, then finished with one coat of wipe-on poly, sanding with 320 grit sandpaper between coats of poly. I have more photos, but when it came I didn't have high hopes as the primary box was shredded and it came from the returns department. Be aware when they say its on clearance. This and the other unit which was a corner cabinet were from the same manufacturer. I wouldn't choose them again. Granted, the doors as high quality, that is where it ends. Cheap plywood, literally no directions (found something about the assembly on youtube but for a different manufacturer, but it wasn't the same at all). I was really hoping I didnt have to post a negative review, but after receiving the last email from Chevon F. from Wayfair, telling me I need to file a police report for my missing cabinet or nothing can be done has resulted in a negative review. I ordered this item 12162024, finally received it 123124, delivered by Waylander, who I would never recommend, they delivered a palette with one little box wrapped to it. When I opened it, all that was on it was A DOOR, the cabinet door. Nothing else. I immediately called and spoke to customer service on 142025, she said they are putting in for a replacement item, no problem, then received an email stating my replacement order has been canceled. At this point I just want it all canceled and my 202.09 credited back. Was told no problem. Email today from Chevon F. Wayfair saying nothing can be done until I get a police report. Problem is, I was here, I got the package, only a DOOR!! My cabinet is either with Wayfair or Waylander. At this point, I would not recommend ordering anything from Wayfair. I have spent hundreds of dollars with them, but to put through this run around is not worth it. In total I have spoken to 3 customer service reps, all telling me no problem.
