This chair is as pictured, pretty and pink! The aesthetic is more casual than the wing back chair that it’s replacing, but it’s so much more comfortable. I can sit for hours (with the occasional stand and stretch of course) without back or leg pain. It’s a gaming chair so it’s made for sitting relaxing. This is a very heavy and solid office chair. It took approximately 45 minutes for me to assemble. Every piece e lined up appropriately. The chair arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The chair is extremely comfortable. I like that the fabric is very comfortable to sit on. The foot rest is such a great added feature. At first I thought the tilting armrests were a bit odd, but I have to say I really like them very much. They click into three different angles. The rollers glide easily and smoothly on my floor. The chair is very spacious, supportive, and comfortable, exactly as described by other buyers. It feels sturdy and well-built, like it will hold up well over time. Assembly was mostly straightforward, and I was able to put it together by myself in about an hour. The only challenge I ran into was with the armrests—the included hex wrench made it a bit difficult to reach tighter spaces. A longer, screwdriver-style hex tool would make that part much easier. I chose not to install the footrest since I already use a separate one, but everything else came together smoothly. All of the features work perfectly, including the height adjustment and reclining lock mechanism, which is a great touch for comfort during long work sessions. This is quite the office chair! It arrived in two boxes and it was pretty quick and easy to put together. The leather like material feels soft and smooth and thick. I do like the beige color. It's pretty in my modern light colored home office. The chair itself is very comfortable. I'm a taller woman and the headrest and footrest work really well for me. The chair seat itself is large and I can even sit on the chair cross legged if I want to. The biggest downside for me and the reason I took one star away is that the arm rests aren't adjustable. They are comfortable when reclined but when sitting straight up, they're way too short for comfort. I find myself leaning on one side or the other to reach the armrest and it really messes with the ergonomics of the chair.
