The chair arrived as scheduled, was easy to assemble. To be fair I've done probably 50 different chairs due to working in Hotels. The chair looks great and is fairly comfortable. There are a few things to note and consider that are not deficiencies. It is a large chair, and heavy duty. Because of this the lowest height is my standard setting, at this height, the arms will not go under my desk which has a drawer...probably 2" too high. It does not have any lumbar adjustment, no problem, just a note and for those wondering how thick the PU leather is, the answer is not very. If you have cats and they are allowed near this chair, di not expect it to remain nice. I had a claw mark the first day and covered it with a blanket...that helps but does not stop it. Lastly, the foot rest is ok, I don't love the style/design but it's functional. Also. How flat does it lay, it is not flat but it is a decent recline that one could nap in. These chairs are very high quality and sturdy. It’s difficult to find office chairs that the seat height is at least 20” and these fit the bill. There is a slight degree difference in the pitch of the seat front and slightly lower at the rear which is perfect for comfort, posture and keeping the seat at my preferred height. The only complaint are the directions for putting together the round base - there is a correct side - make sure you insert the hydraulic mechanism first to figure out the top and bottom before installing the wood covers.
