well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. Ive been looking for an alternative to the standard desk chair since I work a desk job only to come home and do homework at my desk. While this chair isnt perfect, it is by far the best option Ive found. The angles are a bit off, 8 hours in this chair would be unthinkable, adjusting the chair while sitting on it is absolutely terrifying, and my back will probably never even touch the backrest, but I am happy with it. Pretty good! Wobbles a tiny bit, which is to be expected for something on a swivel rather than legs holding it up. So I probably wouldnt have a hot coffee on there alongside my laptop just to be safe, but it definitely does the trick otherwise. Easy to put together took about 15 minutes by just me. Love the height adjustability of the table the lowest setting works perfect for me sitting at my couch & the highest setting would work for someone over 6 ft tall. Goes up & down easily & tilts if you need that. I left off the ledge for tilt because I dont think I'll use it but kept it just in case. That part screws on easily with a couple black knots. Well made for the price. The cushion could be a little thicker but I'm 6.1" and 185 lbs...anyways it works. It is compact which I love, however the wheels are the worst but I changed them out with others for like $20. I haven’t had a chance to use this chair much yet, but so far I’m really pleased with it. The seat is roomy and comfortable, and I love that the design gives me plenty of options to change positions or sit cross-legged while I work. It also feels sturdy and moves around smoothly.
