Omg, I was doubting about getting this couch because reviews didn’t show pictures, but here is an honest review. Shipping was amazing, I was called 2 times before it came, one when he was heading this way and another one when he was here. The couch in general is amazing, fabric and cushions are so soft and it is loungey but you don’t sink into it, so it doesn’t make it easy to stand up but still VERY comfortable, all cushion covers are removable and can be washed which I think it’s the best specially having a pet or kids. Im still letting the pillows breath, is big but im not a big fan of the pillows for the back, for my taste they are to low. Also, the pillows swole up pretty nicely. They’re not plush soft which i like, but they are a bit strong when newly opened, so that’s there too, but i don’t mind that either. The setting up was pretty seamless, they did forget to add a set of pieces needed but when i let them know, they got them sent to me in like 3- 4 days or so, which wasn’t too bad . Overall it took about 2 hours or so, probably less, to set it up by myself. It’s my first big girl couch for my new apartment so i was really excited about getting something that fits the whole idea i have for the space and it just EATS!!!! A big tip i’d say is to wait until the end of the assembly, when you start super tightening all the screws and stuff, then you’ll really see how STURDY this thing is! I absolutely love this couch! I measured it out with painter’s tape on my floor beforehand to make sure it would fit, and somehow I was STILL surprised by how freaking huge it was! Thankfully, it fits, and it’s also super comfortable. I had pretty much resigned myself to never ordering a couch online again after my last one ended up being way too firm. But after weeks of researching, I finally committed to this one, and I don’t regret it at all Also, you HAVE to fluff the pillows! I was a little worried after seeing some of the review photos where the pillows looked really flat, but they just need some attention. I literally punched and fluffed each one for about 2–3 minutes, and I swear they puffed right up! So if they look flat when you first unpack them, don’t panic. Give them a good beating first. Lastly, I saw a few reviews mentioning that some of the holes for the legs weren’t drilled. I almost feel like those reviewers may not have read the directions because the “missing holes” are actually on the end pieces. The middle section is the only piece where all four legs are screwed directly into the bottom. Once you follow the instructions and see how the pieces fit together, it makes sense.
