Poorly packaged. 1 piece was broken. I ordered the product on 3/25/26 and received the product on 5/20/26. Delayed shipping on behalf of the 3rd party seller. I called Wayfair to request a status to expedite the shipping. Poor assembly instructions. All screws were in one bag, not labeled nor separated. I actually cannot believe how well this product ended up working out. It took longer than expected to arrive, but that's okay. My dad helped me cut two inches off the bottom to fit under my windowsill and it turned out just fine using a circular saw. It took me about two and a half hours after that to get it put together.
