Love them! When I bought my condo they had track Lighting in the office and it was so outdated, ugly, and a total eyesore! I had my Handyman remove them fix the ceiling and then put these in. I wanted something super flush to the ceiling so they didnt draw a lot of attention or make the ceiling feel low as it is a little bit lower in this room. When they were built this was originally supposed to be a patio and they enclosed it for additional living space. I made it an office which isnt completed yet! I love how they hug the ceiling and they come with two remote controls which is super handy when walking into the room when dark. I keep one in my living room and one on the desk. It also has a day and night on it for bright or soft. When I ordered them I felt they were a little expensive, but when I got them, I feel they are well worth the expense! While Meyda offers many far more colorful lights than this one, it turned out to be a great choice given that most of the other elements of the room were already bringing in a lot of color. The mica is reasonably opaque — the location of the ballast and wires are not immediately apparent when someone sees the light — but lets a lot of light through, as we had hoped; some craftsman-style lights are so heavily colored as to make them nearly useless for illumination, but this one lights up the room nicely. The light was carefully packed and arrived in fine condition.
