[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice Adirondack chair. Seems sturdy. Took about 30 minutes to assemble. I like that it came with the necessary tools to put it together. The color is very neutral which is great. 3 things about it. I wish it had a cup holder. Many Adirondack chairs have these cup holders in the arm rest, that would’ve been nice. Also I this the back part was a little more rounded for comfort.. Melissak168_9323. Mon Apr 14 2025

Unlike wooden furniture, the simulated wood will not splinter, warp, or rot and never needs to be painted or varnished. The ergonomic design features wide arms, a curved seat, and high back support that makes the Adirondack chair a pleasure for you to sit in.

The description said that this was an order of two chairs. I was charged the full price, delivered one, and not informed of any back order issues. I had to notice the problem myself and contact Wayfair support who attempted to push me towards store credit before giving in and completing my order. Why was there no communication on this? I am pretty sure that seeing as how most of your customer support and ordering is all without human interaction a trigger could have been hit to let me know the mistake had occurred or at least not charged me full price. This is pretty bad customer service but I bet good business if profit is the main goal.. Joshua. OH. Thu Aug 06 2026
