Truly, so easy to put together. The one year-old and the three-year-old can easily get in and out, and I’ve noticed they stay in their beds longer at night now because the back cradles them. It can take a beating. It had a slight scent like packaging for about four or five hours, but that went away. It’s really easy to get smudges out with just a damp cloth. Highly recommend.. Jennifer. Really cute daybed and cannot beat the price. Not a fan of the legs, so may try to replace those. As with most daybeds, I would not recommend a mattress more than 8 inches thick. Six inches is ideal and the size I am using. I believe that is the size that is shown in the product photos. Anything thicker and you will lose a lot of the frame.. Heather. Lincolnshire, IL.
