The bronze color is a rich matte finish brown. I am 64 yo and was able to build it by myself. It did take a while (NOT 1.5 hours for me) and as another reviewer said, pushing all those plastic pieces in was rough on the hands ! It does seem very sturdy though. Well built, not flimsy at all. Don't tighten anything at all until everything is together - leave it really loose. Had to go back and loosen at first for more flexibility in connecting. 8" mattresses coming tomorrow - $99 deal each so the whole thing will be less than $500 for my grandchildren when they visit so they no longer have to bring sleeping bags or camp out on the floor ! I'd show you after the bedding is on but I'll prob forget so here it is....for now. Wendy. Ocean, NJ. Thu Oct 15 2026

Perfect and easy to assemble. Quite amazing the sturdiness of the bed. Easy to make up and doesn’t slide around on floor. As well there is no squeaking when you sit or sleep on it. It fits nicely in my husbands office. I’m waiting for the day I go in to the office and he is napping instead of working! Truly it is a comfortable bed and I’d purchase it again if need be. This twin daybed delivers a versatile sleeping and seating solution for your space. It's crafted from a solid rubberwood frame and features rattan webbing panels for a breezy, textured look. The included pop-up trundle wheels out on casters to easily convert the daybed into a larger sleeping surface or two separate twin beds. With its finished back, you can place it anywhere in your home. Plus, the solid wood slats provide plenty of support for your mattresses.

Very happy with this purchase! The bed is sturdy and looks great. One helpful thing to know make sure to purchase an 8-inch mattress for the bottom trundle. The listing doesn’t specify a mattress thickness, and anything thicker than 8 inches will prevent the trundle from sliding underneath the bed properly. Hopefully this helps anyone trying to figure out what size mattress to order!. Shauna Monae. Ventura, CA. Tue Sep 22 2026

The daybed with a pop-up trundle features clean lines, attractive angles, and plenty of classic style. Crafted from kiln-dried wood, it comes in a sleek finish that blends rustic and traditional for a standout look we love. The pop-up easily stores under the bed and wheels out and up when you have overnight guests. It can also combine with the daybed, transforming this piece from two twin beds to a king. Two innerspring mattresses are included, and they're wrapped and generously padded for plenty of support whenever you need to use them.

These beds work well for guests in my extra bedroom. One of the slats broke the second time it was used but Wayfair sent a new set of slats and it has held up so far. Some of the slats are joined rather than single pieces of wood which can create a weak spot. It looks nice as a daybed.. Julie. Portland, OR. Fri Sep 25 2026

This is a wonderful couch replacement cushion. It comes with a zipper cover in grey as well. It is well constructed and comfortably firm. However, it did not fit my couch. Before I could think about returning it, my dog claimed it as her own. It is probably the fanciest dog bed she has ever had. Although I am sorry it did not fit my sofa, I am happy it is making my dog happy. She loves it. If it will fit your couch or chair, I highly recommend it. It is a quality cushion.. Marykay.
