Returning it would also be a tremendous hassle because I paid for professional assembly and would now need it disassembled and package item. I truly regret this purchase. Great! Took longer to put together by myself took around 3.5 hours. It wouldve gone faster if I didnt tighten bolts the first round. I needed a bed frame fast to accommodate my daughter visiting with her new born. The frame was delivered as expected. It was easy to put together, considering I am assemble challenged lol. I’ve had it since 2023; the wood frame bars are still in tact, no crackling or squeaking and it’s been used everyday and still in excellent condition.
