Im super excited about this stainless steel pots and pans I took days to decide on which stuff that I wanted, but Im new to stainless steel and after multiple reviews and research I chose this and Im glad I did. They seem to be very good quality heavy duty pretty sturdy, not lightweight, but not too heavy not like cast-iron but there Hefty and thats what I need. There is no safer and better way to cook than a set of pans like these. You never have to worry about getting cancer with these. I have bought the most expensive, highly rated no stick pans and after a few years use, they ALL started to peal and scratch, even using the proper tools. These pans I treat like my cast iron pans of over 30 yrs. old. The first time I used them, I cleaned like my cast iron. It took about 8 uses but after that, the eggs slip right out. I never use soap on them, just a stainless steel scrubber with some salt and oil and than put a light coat of oil on them before I put away. If there is burnt on food, I put some water in them and let them sit while I eat and all I need to get the cooked on food off, is my stainless steel scrubber and they clean just as well as any non stick.
