Great chair that is firm in terms of support, yet soft in terms of cushion. Most options seem to have firm cushions, which I didn’t want in a reading chair because I wanted it to also double as a napping spot. The swivel side table, charging ports, cup holders, adjustable back for relaxing or to convert into a sleeper, and storage in the arm rests and main part of the chair make this a great lounge chair for small spaces. The room is small and this chair is perfect without taking over the whole room—I’m still able to fit 5 book cases, a small rocking chair, and a large side table with this chair in the same space with room to spare. A Belgian Malinois and an adult fit in this perfectly, and we’ve inadvertently taken a nap on it while the human was reading because it’s so comfy. I wish it came in a navy blue, but the gray is nice and will probably hide the dog hair. Other than assembly directions and parts labeling being easier to follow, there are no complaints! This chair is perfect for my space in my 1 bedroom apartment. It's nice to have another option for a guest to sleep with it's sleeper component. Some said the cushion wasn't super comfortable but I think it's fine. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the under part that comes out to make it either a recliner chair or a bed doesn't have anywhere to lock to the chair, so if you move a certain way, it can start wheeling away from the chair. Very comfortable. ++ The price of this chair (I got it on sale) was better than other chairs with lesser quality frames. My zero gravity chairs in the past have typically lasted only two years. While the mesh and attachment of the seat to the frame is pretty much the same as other chairs, this one does have double-straps which should last a bit longer.
