Thais entertainmentbook shelf unit came in 4 huge heavy boxes. Thank goodness my husband had help from my visiting daughter otherwise we would have never gotten them in the house. Hubby opened the first box, hoping to find directions and hardware. We finally found them in box 3. If you like hardware, you will love putting this unit together. My husband discovers all boxes have pieces that go with each aspect of the unit so we would not have room in our living room for assembly. While moving box one down the stairs leading into the garage, my husband pulled his back out. The box landed safely. My daughter and I managed to get to the kitchen. Totally in LOVE with our new Fireplace. It was perfectly packed and did not have a mark on it. It is even more beautiful in person. Iv had ethanal fireplaces for Many years, so Im very familiar with them and their quirks. I do wish this model had a larger holding tank… It holds one liter of fuel, and My first fire only lasted an hour and forty-ish minutes. Would love one that help 2 liters. s.
