The chest of drawers is very nice looking. It is a heavy piece of furniture, but the drawers arent as sturdy as I thought they should be. I can feel them wobble a bit when opening. It seems that all furniture is like this these days. The bottom drawer has a cedar lining, and the top drawer contains a velvet lining. I am happy with the purchase, but I do wish the drawers were more stable. The delivery of this piece of furniture went well, although another piece was damaged. Birch Lane took care of that situation. I must have been mistaken by thinking the purchase included white glove delivery, but it was only delivered to the room, not unpacked. The Caliyah dresser is Absolutely wonderful and fits into our cabin perfectly. The white glove delivery service was exceptional, and the two men who delivered the dresser to our home with professional, courteous and friendly. They followed up with Wayfair when they discovered there were missing screws for a few of the handles and an unexpected part that wasn’t attached resulted in a great discount once the delivery driver called into Wayfair. Slightly lighter than expected. Overall excellent quality and very nice looking. Not happy with Wayfair shipping. This product was advertised as full service delivery and after we made the purchase it changed to drop off at my door. I called Wayfair to complain and they told me that the full service delivery wasn’t offered to my address, well that would have been nice to know prior to purchase. We would not have bought this set if we had known full setup was not available in my area. Wayfair gave us a credit and we were able to have someone come help us get setup. Our delivery date was also changed and was off by. 3 days which also affected our coordinating having someone available to help us get it inside the house when the other delivery drivers dropped it off. We also had bad weather during all this which is why full service delivery would have been instrumental in making it go more smoothly..you can get great furniture on here at a good price sometimes but you do have to deal with hiccups like the delivery situation it almost isn’t worth the headache but the furniture is very nice and actually pleased with it despite the hassle. So I’m giving the furniture 5 stars but be verrrrrrrry careful when it comes to delivery methods and if it changes you must be quick in recognizing it before they mark it as shipped so you can cancel the order if needed..
