Was a little worried on ordering a replacement sleeper mattress online without seeing it in person but this mattress is great. I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. The packaging was simple and easy to open, which I appreciated right away. Unlike some boxed mattresses that practically explode the moment the plastic is cut, this one expands in a much calmer and safer way. It slowly drew in air and took about two hours to really look like a mattress, then continued settling overnight until it reached its full shape. Comfort wise, this mattress definitely lives up to its extra firm description. It has very little give, yet feels supportive rather than hard. I love this mattress. When I was shopping for one I knew I wanted something alittle more firm than the one I had been using and this one is perfect.
