This bed is very well made. I had my reservations and took me weeks to pick out a bed. I definitely made the right decision with this bed. The instructions were easy to follow, my dad helped took us about 30 mins. It does not make any noises and my Saatva 14.5 king size mattress that weighs a ton fits perfectly. Love the look of this bed. Took a chance bc there were no reviews. The bed delivered in about 5 days. The packing wasn’t the best, but everything was intact and undamaged inside the box. Quality is fair, not exceptional. Upholstery is only on the outside of the bed, not behind the headboard, footboard or rails. Bed is assembled with bolts that are visible on the footboard which I don’t like. The fabric is linen and on the lighter side, not yellowish or grey. Hammered features are a nice contrast to the conventional upholstered bed design. Bed can be mixed with contemporary furniture or antiquish, like I have. All in all, I’d recommend. This is gorgeous when it comes together, but man is it laborious to put together. The instructions aren’t great, and it took four of us 2.5 hours to put it together . Lots of issues during shipment. Some help from customer service, but my assembly service was canceled so I had to hire someone to assemble. Item was protected by inside wrapping. Outside box did not hold up well to so many trips off and on trucks 3 times over the whole continent. Assembly instructions did not match this item and holes drilled did not match up correctly.
