Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom. Had to replace the old copper bottom fry pan when the handle broke. That won’t happen to the new one with a full stainless handle. And I love that I can look thru the glass cover to see how the food being cooked is progressing. Very cool! Might buy a smaller one as well.. Donna. ME. Tue Mar 10 2026
