The Washlet®+ toilet features a channel on the bowl surface to help conceal your Washlet®+ supply line and power cord for seamless integration. When paired with its tank, the Aquia IV meets the standards for EPA WaterSense, and California CEC and CALGreen requirements. The Aquia IV comes ready for installation into a 12" rough-in but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter. The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement.
