We have the privilege of having my brother to be able to tackle our remodeling projects even if it will take time due to him living 6 hours from us. I was surprised when I received a call to verify the measurements and that we'd be able to use it. It was also amazing to talk to someone else who is in Texas as that's where i grew up and my family including my brother lives. The freight company who delivered was amazing. This is the best!!! I’ve never felt so confidently clean leaving the restroom. The remote is easy to use once you learn the symbols and it adjusts the heat of the seat, heat of the water and the distance that the cleaning and drying wands come out to get a personalized experience. Plus you can adjust the water stream to go full pressure or go a little easier, depending on your needs. The dryer works well and I love the little odorizer that seems to work really well too. We got a longer seat and a shorter seat version (both sold here). The longer seat is about the size of a regular toilet seat and the regular seat size feels more like a kids sized seat, so I recommend the longer seat regardless of the size of your toilet bowl.. The TOTO® Drake® 1.28 GPF toilet tank with WASHLET®+ auto flush compatibility is designed for use with compatible Drake® bowls. Compatible Drake® bowls feature TOTO's TORNADO FLUSH®, a rimless, hole-free design with dual nozzles that create a centrifugal washing action that assists in rinsing the bowl more efficiently. This version of the tank comes equipped with a left-hand chrome trip lever. This Drake® tank meets the standards for EPA WaterSense® and California’s CEC and CALGreen requirements. The Drake® tank includes a tank-to-bowl gasket, tank-to-bowl hardware, and toilet bolt caps. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: compatible Drake® toilet bowl, wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, water supply lines, and toilet seat.

We have not yet installed the toilet so I don't yet know how well it works but the size and look are great. The packaging form the manufacture is not great and the first one was delivered with a shattered tank. Wayfair is great in their response to get another one sent out immediately. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue.
