It was also amazing to talk to someone else who is in Texas as that's where i grew up and my family including my brother lives. The freight company who delivered was amazing. We haven't installed this yet but we did inspect the boxes and everything looks wonderful!! The glass is super thick and has a beautiful frosted look. I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. The Wetstyle Feel shower base is perfect. It is a soft white with a beautiful, somewhat matt (not shiny) finish that provides sure footing and the look of stone. We use a ceiling mounted shower curtain rather than a glass door to maintain an open look in a small bathroom. In our case, there was a bit of splash outside the shower pan with, possible due to the pan's slope. Our solution is to install a small quartz barrier (like a threshold). This looks really good, and I am excited to have a one piece shower base so I no longer have to worry about water leakage. One thing I am pretty disappointed about is that the shower base is super slick when wet. We will have to find a way to make it less slippery without changing the way it looks.
