Napoleon's Santoku Knife is a beautiful, multi-purpose knife that is ideal for chopping, slicing, cutting, and mincing. The 7-inch blade features a Granton edge - dimples or scallops that allow for smooth cutting so food doesn't stick - and a double-sided bevel to the blade for more refined slicing. This knife has a broad face with a large spine that curves down to meet the tip making it ideal for prep work and moving food from the cutting board to the pot. A Santoku knife is smaller than a chef's knife making it lighter and easier to handle for those with smaller hands as well. Ideal for everyday use, a Santoku Knife is perfect for your culinary arsenal.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have tried this knife for 2 months now, in Canada the season is short so this knife is used almost every day. First of all : -This knife cuts very well. -The width of the blade is perfect for cutting small or large pieces of meat -The handle is not too slippery. -Easy to clean. In summary, this is the quality we expect from a Napoleon product. You won't be disappointed.. Sdabireau. Wed Aug 14 2024

WÜSTHOF's extra-sharp blade with a plain edge: this knife not only does a good beef steak justice, but also cuts all other types of meat without tearing the fibers. It should therefore always be on the table when meat is on the menu.

We got a knife set for our wedding. They are noticeably GREAT knives. A few of the handles chipped after almost 20 years. Your warranty replaced the knives for us. Thank you. Also, the new knives have a slightly different handle. Same shape and color, just a different material. A better more comfortable material. Has a great hand feel. Good work! Bottom line, really great knives.. Stephen S.. Tue Jul 28 2026

I love these knives. The block looks amazing on my counter top. The knives themselves are very sharp, from other reviews I see complaints of rusting, but Ive owned knives from Zwilling in the past and you must dry them immediately after handwashing, and a thin coat of oil for protection doesnt hurt. Take care of your knives people!. Gianna. Charlotte, NC. Sat Sep 26 2026
