LOVE this chair! Well made, sturdy, arrived well packaged, and easy to assemble. For those who do not already sit cross-legged, I would suggest allowing a period of time for your body to adjust to sitting easily in the posture. It is well worth the effort as a seated cross-legged position naturally allows the body to maintain a healthy posture. For me, I had already taken the time to learn to sit cross-legged before purchasing the chair and found that I did not need to raise the upper seat at all in order to achieve a comfortable seat. The main surface (where the crossed legs rest) is large and comfortable. I had to raise my desk about 3 inches in order to allow for my knees to go underneath the desk and my hands/arms to fall in a comfortable position to type. Again, well worth the adjustment. When I do sit for long periods of time, I experience fatigue in my back and core, but that is to be expected as those areas strengthen after sitting in a chair where I did not have to engage those muscles. I love this office chair! It was so easy to put together and I did it without any help. The seat and back cushion are really plush and comfy. A traditional office chair is hard for me to sit in for long periods because my left leg will start to go numb. But I can sit cross-legged in this one and its so much more comfortable. So far so good! I needed a chair that I could sit in a variety of ways as my kneeling chair has recently been bothering my legs. I like sitting on this backwards and leaning forward into the back rest, sitting semi cross legged, sitting in weird other positions, or using the bottom part for my small chihuahua copilot. I had a small part break upon assembly but it seems like I'll also be able to get a replacement. It's a funky big chair but the white casters also make it a little less obnoxious in my light painted farmhouse. The orange color is fun. I thought the price made it worth the gamble on this unique chair and I'm happy with it after the first few days. It is a little unwieldy sometimes, so I think being intentional getting in/out is a good idea if you're not super nimble, but I'm also sure I'll get used to it. Overall this is a very interesting chair. I love that it is adjustable on the top and bottom. The lower level also can move side to side for better seating and more comfortability. I've been wanting one of these chairs for a long time, even though Im not actually ADHD. I am so excited to see if it actually does help me focus better! Pros - Everything came organized so well. Maybe its because they know people who buy this are going to hyperfixate and having everything laid out so clearly in the instructions and having all the screws and accoutrements organized in a little tray would make it easy to assemble. It took less than 10 minutes and was so easy. The parts of this chair are heavy, solid metal, and the leather is soft and not plasticky or squeaky. Its also so comfortable!
