The lumbar support is highly adjustable and works better in my opinion than any other I've had!! The color is exactly as pictured a very pretty creamy white. My Charlie is 12lbs and fits perfectly.. The seat constantly slides forward, making it feel like you're slipping out of the chair or falling off the front edge. No matter how I adjusted it, the seat would not stay in a comfortable position. The chair has some nice features on paper, but they are overshadowed by this major design flaw. For an office chair, comfort and stability are critical, and this chair failed in that regard. I would not recommend it and would not purchase it again.. Renee. Fri Jul 31 2026

Nice chair, the seat is a bit firmer than I expected but it was easy to put together. The arms can be a little finicky to get where I was but just something to get used to. My only real complaint is that the angle between the seat bottom and back is a little too large for me but the pillow helps with that.. Kalynn. Winnipeg, MB. Tue Feb 24 2026
