Two vertical supports with two shelves (left and right shelves are non-adjustable; middle shelves are adjustable). May also be mounted to a wall for open shelving. These shelves are beautiful! It is solid and very well-made. Each piece was wrapped very well and without styrofoam! Which for me makes me happy because I hate pieces of styrofoam around my house.
