Color of our planet, blue evokes infinite skies, mysterious oceans… Its soothing virtues invite us to contemplate and to appreciate simple pleasures. The BLUE SHADES collection celebrates this shade in all its shades. Its elegant halo crowns dishes and sublimates all dressings. The artisanal gesture of spraying adorns the porcelain with a bewitching gradation. The Aquarelle plates complete the collection and offer another way of dealing with blue. Like ink, its swirls diffuse the color randomly on the porcelain. Let the deep blue inspire you.

Italian cookware design often speaks for itself. Designs are simple, elegant and focused on the aesthetic and practical value of an object. Mepra demonstrates this through the concept of Naturalmente. Capable of working on every type of heating source, including induction, the Natural Mind (Naturalmente) steamer is not only a steamer, but a way to use six different techniques to achieve professional cooking results. Naturalmente has a flat, transparent lid with a thermostat so you can always keep an eye on your meat, vegetables or fish. The basis of the steaming process is the liquid in the steamer. Add some olive oil, herbs and garlic to the water. Then place the ingredients you want to steam on the grill insert – keeping the fish and the vegetables separate using the practical, fully adjustable separator – and let Naturalmente do its work.

I ordered this as a thank you gift for a client who lives in a loft with a small kitchen. He needed a large pan that could serve multiple functions - particularly grilling, since he can’t have a grill on his balcony. More importantly, it needed to work on his induction range. This fits the bill perfectly! I can’t speak to how it performs (and neither can he since he’s out of town for several more weeks), however, I can attest that it appears to be a very high quality piece of cookware! I removed it from the box to ensure it was in good condition and thumbed through the book. I think someone would really have to read the book to understand how to use all the components of this set properly and to get the most use out of this pan; there appears to be a lot it can do! There is also a DVD included but...who watches those anymore? I’m sure he can find the same video online. One thing that surprised me is that this pan is oval. It totally says that in the title, but I somehow missed it. Fortunately an oval pan will work exceptionally well on his induction range which has two burners that can be seamlessly connected, however, I’m not sure how this would work on a traditional gas oven with round burners. I would think it could be difficult to spread heat evenly on one round burner, or even when spanning two burners. 4 stars for the quality first impression + its multi-functionality! If I hear more after he cooks his first meal, I’ll update this review...hopefully to 5 stars!. Sherree. Denver, CO. Wed Sep 11 2019

NanoNond presents an entirely new category of clean cooking, stick resistant cookware. Instead of formulating a new coating , we made the cookware itself better, stronger, safer and easier to clean. When you are cooking with NanoBond, you are cooking with pure flavor. No residue, no flaking and no compromises. For groundbreaking innovations in cookware, equip the kitchen with the ultimate work horse- the Hestan NanoBond Molecular Titanium Stainless Steel Dutch Oven. This 5-quart Dutch oven is designed to heat quickly and thoroughly for better browning, simmering, braising, and roasting. Hestan’s innovative cookware technology, Molecular Titanium, bonds thousands of titanium nano-layers to the 18/10 stainless steel construction, creating a brilliantly resilient cooking surface that is 4X harder than typical stainless steel, making the versatile pot resistant to scratching, staining, and salt pitting. This 100% nonreactive Dutch oven is fitted with ergonomic handles for a comfortable grip when cooking and serving, while the high-domed stainless steel lid locks in heat and flavor for fall off the bone creations. High heat and oven safe to a scorching 1050°F, this Italian handcrafted versatile kitchen work horse offers a lifetime of durability for culinary perfection.

The wok cooks very well and evenly! The handles get hot quickly so use an oven mitt or pan handler to hold on them. It is virtually non-stick if you use a little oil and get it up to the right temperature. As a suggestion, maybe have a long wooden handle instead of the two short side handles as they do in Chinese woks. It's easier to hold and cook with and won't get hot.. Roderic C.. Fri Jun 19 2026
