We love this couch! We looked at what felt like a million and settled on this one. One of the pieces came damaged and we reached out to the seller who replaced the part free of charge within a week, no hassle. It was easy to put together with two people, took about 30 minutes. The cushions are comfortable and it looks great. My only complaint is that the back cushions are free floating, they don't velcro or attach to the back of the couch in any way so when you get up and down they tend to flop around, but that is just the way they are designed, not a flaw. This is a nice, comfortable contemporary set. The installation was easy; my only wish was that washers were included for all of the screws. The lightweight aluminum frame can be easily bent if too much pressure is applied. Nice looking and comfortable height but challenging and time consuming to assemble. Well packaged, everything was there even though mine was an "open box". It looked like someone opened the box, saw all the pieces and parts and put the lid back on. Plan on 4-5 hours and have a helper available. Have something that measures in metric because all the screws and bolts are that type. Pay attention to the difference between a "stepped" and "oblate" head of a bolt. To the manufacturer- please label the screw and bolt packages just like the other parts. I'm happy with them and my wife commented how nice they look but take your time with the assembly.. Dave. I am very disappointed with this patio furniture. The set I received is not the color I purchased. The difference isn’t a minor variation due to lighting, it’s an entirely different color. This was supposed to be gray cushionsgray frames. For such a large purchase, I expected the product to accurately reflect the listing. My only minor issue is that the handwoven design makes it a bit challenging to remove fallen leaves, twigs, or pollen that get trapped in the glass coffee table’s frame. Assembly was relatively straightforward, but using a screw gun would have sped up the process. Surprisingly, the cushions are incredibly comfortable. These chairs are just what I was looking for! They are good looking, solid and well made. They are quite comfortable and the pillows have a nice firmness. They do come with adjusters on the bottom of the legs. Putting them together was simple, but have to admit having a 2nd person help hold in place, while adding screws made the job go faster. Also to make it easier on yourself, follow instructions on putting the pillow covers on when taking the pillows out of the vacuum sealed packets. The pillows do expand to completely fill the covers.. Nice looking and comfortable height but challenging and time consuming to assemble. Well packaged, everything was there even though mine was an "open box". It looked like someone opened the box, saw all the pieces and parts and put the lid back on. Plan on 4-5 hours and have a helper available. Have something that measures in metric because all the screws and bolts are that type. Pay attention to the difference between a "stepped" and "oblate" head of a bolt. To the manufacturer- please label the screw and bolt packages just like the other parts. I'm happy with them and my wife commented how nice they look but take your time with the assembly.. Dave.
