Overall, I’m very happy with this aesthetician chair. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and really elevates the look of my treatment room. It arrived with a small crack on the base and a minor tear in the upholstery, but both are on the back side and not easily visible, so I considered them minor cosmetic issues. I chose not to return it because I’m opening my business and didn’t want to delay seeing clients over small defects. Of course, I would have preferred it to arrive without them.
