The instructions advise to have two people to help. Now I know why. Trying to do it myself was quite difficult, especially attaching the arms. I had to call my brother to help, which made it way much easier and it cut down on the assembly time. These chairs (I have two) are absolutely gorgeous! I was afraid they were too big.
