This is a nice sturdy desk. It does take hours to put together but the instructions are easy to follow and very accurate. I gave it only 4 stars because of the time it takes and the fact that the electrical part of the desk could have been easier to hide cords and such. Well, first of all it comes in a pretty small box! I couldnt believe that the table was all included in this heavy small box. Stable and easy install countertop table. During assembly there were some noticeable blemishes. I was able to touchup the blemish on the bottom of the inside laminate finish with a furniture dark brown maker. There were blemishes on the faux marble top and on one side. It’s noticeable when the table top has bright light reflecting from it that shows the blemishes. I couldn’t fix those markings. The shipping box was a thinner cardboard than I expected for shipping. The table inside of the box was protected by styrofoam on all sides. The table top should have been protected in plastic wrap to prevent the thin sheet of styrofoam covering it from potential blemishes. I really do love this desk for the most part, but there are a few things that lost it a star. First, the storage is pretty low quality for the price. The drawers are just cardboard on the bottom and they don’t soft close or anything. The shelving on the other side is kind of dumb also - they’re not big enough to fit anything but small planners or something like that. Partly my fault for not looking at those dimensions, but I just assumed I could keep books there. And finally, putting this desk together is pretty difficult alone. I’ve put together a lot of furniture on my own, and I know what I’m doing, but this took like 6 hours. And I think one of those hours was just lining up the desk too with all the tiny holes to screw it on lol would be much easier with help. Now for positives - the desk looks really good and works really well! The desktop is sturdy and high quality, and the presets are very easy to set and use. There’s plenty of room underneath for your chair or a walking pad.
