Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. Great for the price, better than I expected Notes the back is slanted as seen in the photos. It makes the couch not as deep, but gives decent back support. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. This 95” beige velvet reversible chaise sofa looks very modern and the velvet fabric is beautiful. Assembly took time and it’s definitely a two‑person job. Some of the screws to mount the base didn’t align correctly, so I had to jam them in to make it work. My package was also missing a few screws, but I had similar ones in my toolbox. The cushions are firm, and the inserts were tight to fit and zip up. I’m a little concerned that with weight and daily use, the zippers might give out over time. The couch is comfortable. The material is very soft. It arrived in three boxes. If you’re not that tall, your feet won’t touch the ground. However the sofa slides out making it like a shorter version of a chaise. That is a great feature. It has two storage spaces that aren’t that big but adequate. Once assembled the sofa is a mediocre sofa due to the fact that there isn’t any way to make the back cushions look neat and perfect. It may take time before they fluff up a little more. The headrests don’t seat all the way in which is frustrating, but you can arrange the material to cover it. The sofa comes with two matching throw pillows, but I will be adding my own. The assembly instructions are not the best, but we figured it out through patience. Some of the cushion slides are hidden in the couch, and I feel that the manufacturer should have noted that in the installation book. It took us quite a while to figure that out.
