he Viking 3-Ply Stainless Steel 8 quart. Multipot helps to achieve rolling boils in a shorter time frame than conventional stockpots, making it ideal for preparing pastas. The fitted pasta insert allows you to cook the pasta and then lift the insert directly out, leaving the water in the pot for additional rounds of cooking. The 3-Ply Stainless Steel clad construction of the multipot-multicooker combines three layers of metal to create one solid piece that is formed into the vessel, making the stockpot extremely responsive to changes in heat. The two layers of stainless steel sandwich an aluminum alloy core that evenly transfers heat from both the bottom and sides of the pot at the same time, increasing the cooking efficiency. The Viking 8 quart. Multipot is perfect for all cooking methods, including induction. The 18/8 stainless steel cooking surface will not react with foods and is easy to clean. Internal volume markings in both US and metric measurements make it easy for the cook to measure volumes accurately even when filling directly from the faucet. Also included with the multipot is a steamer insert that allows you to multi-task - boil water, cook pasta and steam vegetables all at the same time. The multipot can be used with or without the past insert, making it a versatile stock pot that can be used for chili, soups, stocks, stews and more. The signature Viking handles are mounted to the vessel with solid stainless steel rivets and are designed to be easy to grip even with a towel or oven mitt. The Viking 8 quart 3-Ply Stainless Steel Multipot-Multicooker is backed by a limited lifetime warranty and is dishwasher safe. Prized by professional chefs and home cooks alike, the 13-Piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware Set from Viking serves up superior performance paired with a beautiful, real copper exterior finish. Unlike some competitor cookware sets, the Viking 13-Piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware set is made from real copper. Because of this, your professional cookware set will show color variations caused by heat, marks from fingerprints, and will develop a rich patina over time. These natural cosmetic changes to the copper will not affect its cooking performance. Easily keep your cookware set looking like new with a copper polish such as PennyBrite by EZ Brite or with a mixture of lemon and salt. Make pre-heating pans a thing of the past! Due to its high thermal conductivity, you’ll achieve perfectly uniform heating and unrivaled temperature control. Your copper cookware will not only heat up quickly, but it cools quickly as well, making it the perfect companion for cooks seeking precision and control in their cooking. That's why saucier’s and confectionerie’s prize copper cookware to handle these delicate tasks. When it comes to cooking with copper cookware, keep your heat low to moderate and let the pan do the rest! Featuring a durable 18/8 stainless steel interior, you'll never have to worry about copper or other metals leaching into your food. The aluminum-alloy core found in the Viking 13-piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware set evenly transfers heat from rim-to-rim, eliminating hot spots and giving you the perfect sear each and every time. These metals distribute heat more evenly across the pan while also maintaining a higher cooking temperature, even while cooking on low-to-medium heat. Ergonomic handles reduce pressure on your wrists and ensure a comfortable grip. Vented, tempered glass lids help prevent boilovers and allow you to monitor progress without losing heat. The vented glass lids also provide stability on the pan, eliminating wobbling as steam builds up in the pan. The non-porous inner layer of stainless steel makes it easy to clean and sanitize yet it is non-reactive so there is no etching or interaction with acidic sauces or other ingredients ensuring that the cookware does not impact the flavor of your dish. The set also includes a single-ply stainless steel pasta insert that fits the 8-qt. stockpot, turning it into a multi-purpose pasta cooker. The pasta strainer allows you to cook and strain the pasta with the same insert, eliminating the need to use a separate colander or strainer. By removing the pasta directly from the stockpot, it allows you to save the water for finishing the perfect sauce just like professional chefs do. Keep the exterior of your cookware looking new by cooking only on low-to-medium temperatures and by regularly wiping it with a copper polish or by using a combination of lemon and salt. Washing your cookware by hand after each use and drying by hand as well will also help to keep its color uniform. It is recommended to store your cookware in a dry location. This 10-piece mixing bowl set is a game-changer for your kitchen. Made from stainless steel, these bowls feature a non-skid silicone base for stability, plus each bowl comes with a lid for easy prepping and storing. We love that inside, you'll find measurement markings to make cooking a breeze. They nest together for compact storage, saving you precious cabinet space. Just a heads up: While the bowls are dishwasher-safe, the lids appreciate a little hand-washing care.

They are WONDERFUL! Despite my husband NOT listening to me and used a metal whisk on one of them (picture included) besides that, they are heavy duty, the silicone bottom is very helpful with not sliding around on the counter. I HIGHLY recommend silicone, nylon or wood utensils because they WONT scratch up the bowls. And if you really like the shiny finish, please DO NOT put in dishwasher. The lids ARE NOT dish washer safe, please hand wash. PLEASE hand wash all items and you’ll have them all for a lifetime!. Anonymous. Sun Aug 09 2026

Revered by chefs worldwide, copper is recognized as one of the most efficient metals to cook with due to the exceptional heat transfer and control that copper provides. Copper cookware is an essential tool for creating amazing sauces and reductions as well as delicate preparations that require exacting temperatures like many desserts. Copper responds to temperature changes quickly, allowing you to adjust cooking temperature on the fly with faster results than other metals. The Viking 4-ply Contemporary Copper Cookware modernizes cooking with copper by adding an induction capable cooking base; traditional copper was not induction compatible. To make the pan induction capable, we grind the copper off the bottom of the pan, exposing the stainless steel layer. The multi-ply clad construction transfers heat efficiently across the bottom of the pan as well as up the sides. The exterior copper layer provides exceptional temperature control. The unexposed core is stainless steel and aluminum to transfer the heat quickly and evenly throughout the pan. The interior cooking surface is a non-reactive surgical grade 304 stainless steel which will not react with the acids in your food or impart a metal taste. The set includes domed metal lids that help lock in flavor as you steam or braise. The dome shaped lid helps the condensation fall back into the pan, keeping your food moist during cooking. The interior of the saucepan, sauté pan, and stockpot feature convenient measurement marking to allow you to add water without having to use a separate measuring cup. Signature Viking handles are solid cast from stainless steel and feature a heat break to help the handles stay cooler during use. They will get hotter during use when using a gas stove, so we always recommend using protection when touching cookware that has been heated. Viking Contemporary Copper is durable for stovetop use, functional enough to finish or cook dishes in the oven to 600°F and elegant enough to take to the table for serving. We recommend hand washing to maintain the luster of your cookware.
