A nice shower stool at this price point. Overall I am pleased with this purchase. The wood resembles rich walnut, and I very much like the chrome bar addition since you don't often seem them on teak stools. The two shelves are made from a solid piece of wood, so I suspect it will hold up better over time than those made of individual planks, as they can warp and separate when wet. The wood is a little on the thin side compared to more expensive units, but isn't too bad for something that will have to be replaced in a few years. The only two negatives I ran into are: (1) the terrible feet pads that screw into the legs. They are very tiny and made of hard plastic that caused the stool to slide and wobble. I simply replaced them with the heavy rubber pads from the stool I was replacing, and the problem was solved. They sell these pads cheaply at most hardware stores, so it's an easy fix, and (2) this was a real beast to assemble. It was very hard to tighten the bolts with their included tools since they were in a tight position next to the shelf. It took lots of time and effort to get them in and tightened.
