We love our new tub! Make sure you tighten all the connections when you install because things came loose during shipping. It would be nice if the jets could be adjusted individually, but for the price, this is a beautiful tub! We also love the way it fits against the wall, giving us more space in our bathroom.. Garnet. Beautiful, easy to install product that arrived undamaged, despite the long trek to Hawaii. Wayfair has AMAZING customer service, and they often deliver faster than their predicted arrival time. Unfortunately, at least for the moment, Wayfair does not seem to offer accessories for this product, which need to be ordered through the manufacturer, and the manufacturer sadly does not ship to Hawaii (requiring a shipping middleman --- do-able, but a royal pain, and an added expense). Perhaps Wayfair might consider helping out?. David Eugene. Portland, OR. Wed Feb 05 2025
