Cooks Companion Pizza Ovens

We love these mighty Maximus Arena and Maximus prime arena ovens, they’re an eye-catcher in sleek black and bright red! The Maximus prime is the big brother to the Maximus arena. These unique wood fire ovens are great looking and have an ultra-fast heat-up time of only 25-30 minutes. The Maximus arena weighs only 130 lbs and the Maximus prime arena at 300 lbs only. These portable ovens are perfect for a food truck/trailer or catering business, especially prime. They are super cool, modern, wood-fired pizza oven that heats up in only 30 minutes. Handmade in Portugal, these ovens are of superb quality and will cook pizzas to perfection in only 90 seconds. But our ovens don’t stop at pizza! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and they’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a stainless steel chimney pipe and cap, with built-in flu. Slip-in thermometer, ash guard, pizza peel, and a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more! The outer wall is aluminum and the inner wall is stainless steel (double wall) containing a high-temperature special ceramic blanket called Rockwool which we have the international utility patent on, so don't be fooled by others claiming to use Rockwool. Stainless steel is superior due to its resistance to salt and water corrosion. The floor is made with refractory floor tiles, and the decorative facade bricks are composed of refractory cement (Lafarge), while the inside structure is made of forged iron, allowing this oven to stay hot on the inside for hours while staying cooler on the outside! This is your perfect portable oven which is why it is among authentic pizza ovens' best sellers!

This oven is great and not just for pizza. Pizza done in about 1 min.. Anonymous. Thu Dec 29 2022

Buena Ventura Pizza Oven is absolutely stunning. The cast stone facade is in a warm authentic Portuguese Sienna sandy brick tone which intensifies the appearance of its stacked stone. This oven is the most traditional shape like the Pizzaioli, but with a different cast stacked stone facade. It has a wider opening and the lower dome conducts heat directly to the oven floor, which makes it ideal for cooking authentic Italian pizzas (in just 90 seconds!). It can even cook two 12″ pizza pies at once! But our brick ovens aren’t just for pizzas! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and they’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more! Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of brick and mortar, which is then covered with refractory cement. A thick layer of Rockwool Insulation is then applied and held down with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement.

Absolutely beautiful. Will be installing in outdoor kitchen. It will be gorgeous poolside.. Barbara. Atascadero, CA. Sat Jan 11 2020

Brand new model! Lume Largo is an upgraded Premium Pizza Oven and is so fresh and beautiful. A strong shade of gray smooth cast stone facade that has a traditional yet modern feel. This new model is very similar to the best-selling Pizzaioli Premium and is *a very* Italian-style pizza oven! While all of our wood-fired pizza ovens are brilliant, the Pizzaioli is our most authentic-looking model and is ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!). It has a wider opening and lower dome that conducts heat directly to the oven floor. Although they are one of the best-selling Pizzaioli models, they aren’t just for pizzas! You can cook anything your conventional oven can… and it’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more! All of our ovens are Authentic Brick, not Clay! Our ovens are handmade in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Wow- the new rustic brick Lisboa is beautiful and different from the other authentic dome pizza ovens! This oven is also the biggest (and worst) of all the ovens. This oven makes a statement! The rustic is also rotisserie capable. The Lisboa has a higher opening than the Pizzaioli, Brazza, and Buena Ventura models, which allows room to fit a spit. It also gives off a strong ambiance as the fire is much more visible, almost like a fire feature or fire pit! The door of this oven is square-shaped and is perfect for pizzas, casseroles, bread, and mouth-watering rotisseries. All of our authentic pizza ovens are handmade in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of brick and mortar, which is then covered with refractory cement. A thick layer of rock-wool insulation is then applied and held down with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement.

It is beautiful. Large enough to cook several things in it. Had a crane drop it on stand and it fit perfectly.. Maria. El Paso, TX. Mon Sep 05 2022

We love the Lisboa! The new premium is an authentic domed pizza oven and the first model we ever offered. What we love about this oven is its versatility. Not only is it ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!), but it is also rotisserie capable. The Lisboa has a higher opening than the Pizzaiolo, brazza, and Buena Ventura models, which allows room to fit a spit. It also gives off a strong ambiance as the fire is much more visible, almost like a fire feature or fire pit! Premium hardware: the Lisboa has a traditional brick facade with a black non-rust cast aluminum door, chimney cavity, and stainless steel chimney. The door has a peep-through high-heat viewing window pane. Authentic pizza ovens never use a galvanized coating or zinc galvanizing coating on any of their products. You can paint or tile our white domed ovens to match your home or design specifications. You will just need to use a high-heat paint or adhesive. We recommend that you first cure your oven and use it for a few weeks and treat it with ultra fire (included) before you paint.

Had a group of neighbors over for pizza. All enjoyed. Worked great, but we need to look for a heat-resistant apron. The oven gets hot! Ordered by phone so we forgot to use our coupon for our very first Wayfair purchase. . Sharon. Old Town, ME. Wed Aug 19 2020

The Forno di Italy Woodburning Pizza Oven is constructed using the same old-world techniques that have been used to make the finest pizza ovens in the world. Using only the highest-quality fire brick and stainless steel, Forno di Siena's pizza ovens will last many years. The Forno di Siena oven uses genuine firebrick on the interior of the dome along with 3" of fiberglass insulation between the brick and stainless steel outer dome. The brick interior allows the oven to achieve a higher temperature more quickly and maintain an even cooking temperature for a longer time, and the added fiberglass insulation prevents the outer dome from becoming dangerously hot during use. The exterior of the oven is constructed of high-grade stainless steel with a powder-coated outer dome.

It's a big beautiful oven - makes a wonderful addition to outdoor kitchen - WARNING - it takes either a rented hoist (see photos) or 4 really strong people who can clean-lift over 150 pounds, to get the oven off of the cart on the pallet, and then again up onto the cart to place the oven. Do not attempt on your own - oven and cart weigh 649 lbs. the lift handles assume you have 4 people who can lift 150 lbs over their waist. If you can pay someone to set up - do so! The photos tell the story - and at the end of the day (all day to set up) we had a delicious woodfired pizza.. Amy Petti Interior Designer,. All Things Beautiful Design, Petaluma Ca. Sat May 22 2021
