I was also not a fan of the included lumbar pillow, as I found it uncomfortable and ended up replacing it. Despite those minor issues, I highly recommend this chair. My only complaint is they are bluish gray and not actually charcoal as pictured and advertised, which is not at all what I was going for. I've added a picture of them against a gray wall in my home.
