This is a very nice cat shelter for the feral cat that has moved into my yard . Very simple to assemble, sturdy and looks like it will hold up in the Midwest weather. It is pretty and sturdy. As noted the instructions are not the best, and for some reason there is a gap in the back so we could not screw the back to the top ( see top right of photo). Really cute little shed but I didn't realize how small it really is. It's not going to work for what I need (shovels and rake etc) because it's too short but it will work for outdoor blankets and pillows just fine. Easy to assemble and the wood looks really nice. We liked the size and look of this shed for storing seasonal outdoor chairs and tables. Assembly took about 4 hours including a rain delay. Once we got the floor assembled the rest of it went pretty easily except for the roof which was a real challenge. We ended up securing two corners inside then tucking the rest of it in, otherwise we would get it tucked in and it would come out. Also the door panel had a small dent which I don't think will affect the durability but a little disappointing to have some damage on it. I purchased this for my umbrella cockatoo so he would have a sizeable space outdoors. I knew I would be changing out the screen that came with the shed to a fencing more appropriate for a large parrot. I was able to easily modify it for my needs and it has been great for my cockatoo. He loves the space and it has held up to his destructive nature. It took 2 people all day to put it together, but that was largely because there are a ton of screws for this.
