I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband who is very pleased. One of his favorite cats died last summer. For the last 20 days my husband and he spent a lot of time in the garden. Aged Limestone

This statue should be raised up off the ground in winter so it will not freeze to the ground surface. Items that have areas that pool water should be wrapped with burlap or any absorbent material and then wrapped with dark plastic, making sure that water does not accumulate and freeze.

This one is made of heavy cement. It's the perfect size, placed right outside an arbor, lying on the brick border with the binoculars. The only issue is that the color isn't right; I needed the Terra cotta from the picture, not the copper patina I received. It's still nice, but it looks like a gray cat.
