I LOVE this chair!!! It came neatly packaged and was easy to put together with minimal tools. The seat is super wide, so I can sit with my legs crossed and still be comfortable. The material feels really soft and very comfortable. It does scratch fairly easily though. I have a puppy and he scratched the arm with his paw and the material has a small scratch now. I didn't take a star off though because I love this chair so much! The foot rest is nice to have but is a little bit flimsy. Overall, I highly recommend this chair for it's comfort and clean look... I decided to buy the chair because it is made for gamers. I do not play games but I sit for hours without getting up, and my back is bad so sitting for any length of time is difficult. I also have a neck fusion so I have to be careful with the position of my head while working to avoid migraines from too much stress on my functioning disc. The chair has more movement than a regular office chair, it raises higher than an office chair, so I am level with my computer screen and my neck is not stressed from looking up.
